• Your agreed fees will be included in your counselling contract and must be paid in full before the session. You are welcome to pay upfront or as agreed through your organisation or insurance company. 

Confirmation

• We will only need to discuss payments with you if they are behind. 

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be made via email, phone or text within 24 hours. Otherwise, the session payment will need to be paid. 

• Payments are still due for cancellations made on the day or a non-attendance of an appointment/no-show. 

• The Healthy Mind Consultancy reserves the right to change appointments with sufficient notice given to the client. We understand that clients may also need to change on occasion.
